Gail E. Mitchell has over 25 years of leadership experience in the fields of purchasing, supply chain management, and employee development. She served as senior strategic sourcing director for over 20 years at Michael Foods, Inc., the world’s largest egg processor, a market leader in refrigerated potato products and a regional leader in packaged cheese. Prior to joining Michael Foods, she held various leadership positions within the food industry. Mitchell is an adjunct professor at Argosy University, where she has taught courses in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management. She holds a doctorate in International Business from Argosy University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, and is a graduate of the Minnesota Executive Program at the Carlson School of Management.
