Jason Bohoney is an accomplished international development professional with over 20 years of experience in successfully leading diverse organizations and multi-cultural teams to achieve program objectives. As a Lead Technical Advisor and Writer at CNFA, Bohoney is responsible for developing well-crafted technical proposals in response to donor and private-sector solicitations. Prior to joining CNFA, Bohoney managed 10 USAID-funded projects in 11 countries throughout Central Asia, Eastern Europe and Eurasia, Southeast Asia, and the United States. Since 2010, Bohoney has consistently worked at all stages of the business development lifecycle; from early identification and capture to facilitating after-action reviews; and held multiple senior-level positions including Business Development Director and Senior Business Development Advisor. Technically, Bohoney has pronounced expertise in small and medium enterprise (SME) improvement, competitiveness, business process reengineering, training and capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation. Bohoney holds a Master of Business Administration from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. He is a native English speaker with advanced proficiency in Russian and Norwegian.
