Lenoure Recanatini brings nearly 20 years of business development expertise to CNFA. She is a successful program designer with experience providing USAID and U.S. government agencies, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the UK Department for International Development, the United Nations, the World Bank, Pepsi, Exxon, and other donors and foundations with innovative solutions that are technically sound, contextually relevant, and grounded in extensive field research. Her work spans multiple sectors, including agriculture, civil society, disaster relief, economic development, governance, health, and infrastructure, as well as leading the development of corporate tools and processes to support institutional business development and knowledge management initiatives. She has managed field-based project teams in Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Egypt, Ethiopia, Haiti, Jordan, Malawi, Rwanda, Togo, and the West Bank. Before joining CNFA in 2016, Ms. Recanatini worked for Counterpart International as a Senior Manager and Technical Lead, Business Development. Prior to this, she worked for International Relief and Development (IRD), holding various positions, including Senior Manager, Knowledge Management, and Senior Business Development Manager.
