Lenoure Recanatini brings nearly 20 years of business development expertise to CNFA. She is a successful program designer with experience providing innovative and technically sound solutions to donors and foundations, including USAID and U.S. government agencies, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the U.K. Department for International Development, the United Nations, the World Bank, Pepsi, Exxon and more. Her work spans multiple sectors, including agriculture, civil society, disaster relief, economic development, governance, health, and infrastructure. She also leads the development of corporate tools and processes to support institutional business development and knowledge management initiatives.
Recanatini has managed field-based project teams in Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Egypt, Ethiopia, Haiti, Jordan, Malawi, Rwanda, Togo and the West Bank. Before joining CNFA in 2016, Recanatini worked for Counterpart International as a senior manager and technical lead of Business Development. Prior to that, she worked for International Relief and Development (IRD), holding various positions including senior manager, Knowledge Management and senior business development manager.
