Richard P. Reising previously served as Senior Vice President of the Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), a global agribusiness company. Prior to joining the ADM legal staff in 1975, Mr. Reising was a registered representative and investment banker for a regional securities firm and also engaged in the private practice of law. Elected as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of ADM in 1991, he held this position with ADM until his retirement in 1997. Mr. Reising also served as the President and a Director of both of ADM’s captive insurance companies, a Director of Hickory Point Bank and Trust Company, various ADM domestic and overseas subsidiarie, and Chairman of the ADM Political Action Committee.
Mr. Reising holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri.
