Tina Pritt is a contracts, grants and compliance specialist providing operational oversight across CNFA’s global portfolio. As senior director of Awards and Compliance, Pritt oversees adherence to client regulations and CNFA’s integrity standards throughout the organization, developing policies and standard operating procedures and building the capacity of staff in a variety of compliance-related topics through customized training and resource development. Her expertise focuses on interpreting acquisition and assistance regulations; contract/award, subcontract/subaward and grant management; project start-up and close-out; procurement; allowances and content generation for user-focused resources that balance the realities of compliance and program implementation.
Since joining CNFA in 2015, Pritt has held progressively expanding positions, providing increasing levels of support to organizational compliance initiatives. Prior to her role with the Awards and Compliance Unit, she was a program coordinator for CNFA’s portfolios in Bangladesh and Pakistan. Before joining CNFA, Pritt worked at Blumont, formerly International Relief and Development, supporting programs in West and Southern Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East with funding from USAID, USDA, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (formerly U.K. Department for International Development).
Pritt holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and completed undergraduate studies at James Madison University focusing on global justice and economics.
