Tina Pritt

Tina Pritt is a contracts and grants specialist providing compliance oversight and management across CNFA’s global portfolio. As associate director of Awards and Compliance, Pritt oversees adherence to client regulations and CNFA standards, developing policies and standard operating procedures and building the capacity of headquarters and field-based staff in a variety of compliance-related topics through customized training and resource development. Her expertise focuses on interpreting acquisition and assistance regulations; contract, subcontract/subaward and grant management; project start-up and close-out; procurement; allowances and content generation for learner-focused training.

Since joining CNFA in 2015, Pritt has held progressively expanding positions, providing increasing levels of support to organizational compliance initiatives. Prior to her role with the Awards and Compliance Unit, she was a program coordinator for CNFA’s portfolios in Bangladesh and Pakistan. Before joining CNFA, Pritt worked at Blumont, formerly International Relief and Development (IRD), supporting programs in West and Southern Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East with funding from USAID, USDA, UNHCR and the U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (formerly U.K. Department for International Development).

Pritt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies with a focus on global justice and economics from James Madison University. She will receive her Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in December 2021.
