CNFA began this week in Des Moines, Iowa, meeting with partners, colleagues, and global innovators at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) – U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) International Food Assistance & Food Security Conference.
The discussion around best practices, strategies and lessons learned from implementing agricultural programs was a perfect prologue to the Borlaug Dialogue and The World Food Prize ceremonies, which are going on now from October 12 – 14, 2016.
We are inspired to see that our vision for a prosperous world without hunger is so broadly shared – across corporate, academic, and international lines. Recognizing that each of us brings a unique approach, relative expertise, and a fresh perspective is critical to addressing the world’s most difficult agriculture challenges together.
Leveraging this will be instrumental in promoting organic growth for agribusinesses and entrepreneurs, strengthening the economy, and ensuring household food security in the communities we work.
We hope to see you in Des Moines as the week goes on! Please feel free to get in touch with us via Facebook or contact us below to learn more about collaborating with CNFA. #FoodPrize16
